INGREDIENTS
- For cupcake batter:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 eggwhites
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 chocolate pudding snack cup :)
- 1/4 cup milk
For ganache icing:
- 4.5 to 5 oz of dark or semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
